TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Short-Term parking is less than 2 months.
Minimum 3-month non-refundable payment for long-term storage.
Advance payments for six months will be given a $15.00 discount.
One year advanced payments receive the 12th month FREE.
Refunds subject to processing fees and less discounts.
No cash refunds for prepaid storage fees
Referred customer must submit the referral slip found at the bottom of the flyer or contract on or before the date the new contract is signed. The new contract must be paid in full and is non-refundable. New customer must sign a new storage contract for a minimum of three month. The free month of storage will extend the existing customers current storage contract and is non-redeemable in cash. There is no limit on how many customers can be referred.

Payments are considered late on the 6th calendar day of the month. After which, a 14-day grace period will be
provided to allow all patrons to respond to late notices. If no payment is received within this 14 day grace period,
ODR will begin actions to take possession of the vehicle(s) and begin charging monthly late fees of 50% of the
monthly charge. One day into the new month of delinquency will incur the full late fee charge for themonth.

Any person failing to respond within 3 days of receipt of notification of a delinquent account will be:

Provided one written warning of our intention to take action to have vehicles removed as abandoned in
accordance with Army and Presidio of Monterey Regulations.

Collection procedures may include garnishment of pay. Garnishment will be pursued after an account
becomes overdue by 120 days.

Loss of privileges to use Army MWR facilities.
