Visit the Outdoor Recreation Center or the Navy MWR ticket Office.

Pay by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or place a deposit of
$50 per person on overnights and $10 per person on one day tours.
Full payment is due two weeks prior to departure date.
Registration by telephone is acceptable with a Visa or MasterCard.

Lodging is based on double occupancy. Check on family rates.
Single supplements apply.

Tours depart from Outdoor Recreation Equipments Center,
Bldg #228, Lewis Hall, Presidio of Monterey, unless otherwise stated.

Tour bus will wait only five minutes for late comers and then depart.
Please be on time to avoid missing the bus.

No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed while on the bus.

Return times are approximate and depend on weather and road conditions.

Full refund for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to tour departure.

No refunds on cancellations made less than two weeks prior to
departure unless space can be resold. A cancellation fee will be assessed.

Refunds for military duty must be verified. Refund will be made in full if ODR is notified prior to departure.

Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged because ODR will not
have a chance to resale the space.

A cancellation fee of $10 per person for one day tours and $50 for
weekend trips will be assessed in accordance with the above.

The ODR office reserves the right to cancel any tour that fails to generate
enough interest, or occasionally a tour may be cancelled due to other
unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a tour cancellation we will
make every effort to contact tour participants prior to the departure date
and full refunds will be issued.
