Clement Reservations can be made up to six
months in advance by placing a $50 non refundable deposit, with full payment
required 30 days before departure. Cancellations are required in writing. No refunds after 30 days unless property can be rerented.
A $50 check-out inspection fee is charged on each reservation. All cabins must be cleaned by the customer and left in the same condition
as on arrival. Full payment, nonrefundable,  required at time of booking for all holidays. Prices and availability are subject to change.
