Clement Cabin has 1,080 square feet, with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The bedroom upstairs is a large loft area, containing four single beds and one double bed, sleeping up to 6 people. The downstairs bedroom has a king size-bed, bringing the total sleeping arrangements to 8 people.

END OF THE YEAR HOLIDAY CABIN RENTALS

Outdoor Recreation South Lake Tahoe properties are available for booking
6 month in advance with the exception of the Thanksgiving and
Christmas holiday.

These periods are booked through our Holiday Season Cabin Lottery program.

or stop by to submit your reservation request.

RESERVATION POLICIES

The Motel, and the Condominium reservations are based on availability and
require a one night non-refundable deposit. Cancellations are required seven
days prior to arrival. No refund after seven days. Cancellations required in writing.
Wildwood, Gardner Cabin, and Clement Reservations can be made up to six
months in advance by placing a $50 non refundable deposit, with full payment
required 30 days before departure. Cancellations are required in writing. No refunds after 30 days unless property can be rented.
A $50 check-out inspection fee is charged on each reservation. All cabins must be cleaned by the customer and left in the same condition
as on arrival. Full payment, nonrefundable, required at time of booking for all holidays. Prices and availability are subject to change.

PATRON ELIGIBILITY

The US Army MWR Outdoor Recreation program and services are available to military service members, Department of Defense (DoD) employees, Military and civilian DoD retirees, CSUMB and MIIS staff and students.

All eligible patrons' spouses and dependents are also considered eligible. Patrons may be required to present valid photo identification before services are rendered.

To enter the Presidio, patrons without military stickers may access the base through any gate and must have current vehicle registration, insurance and driver's license.
