The bedroom upstairs is a large loft area, containing four twin size beds and 1 double bed, sleeping up to 6 people. The downstairs bedroom has a king size-bed, bringing the total sleeping arrangements to 8 people.

END OF THE YEAR HOLIDAY CABIN RENTALS

Outdoor Recreation South Lake Tahoe properties are available for booking
6 month in advance with the exception of the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holiday.

These periods are booked through our Holiday Season Cabin Lottery program.
We will conduct our holiday lottery for the cabins as follows.

- Thanksgiving (Nov. 25-28, check out on the 29th) Lottery selection begins Aug. 3rd.
- XMas (Dec. 23-26, check out on the 27th) Lottery selection begins Sep. 7th.
- New Year (Dec. 30-Jan. 2, check out on the 3rd) Lottery selection begins Sep. 7th.

RESERVATION POLICIES

The Motel, and the Condominium reservations are based on availability and
require a one night non-refundable deposit. Cancellations are required seven
days prior to arrival. No refund after seven days. Cancellations required in writing.

Wildwood Condo, Gardner Cabin and Clement Cabin
Reservations can be made up to six month in advance.
At the time of booking, non-holiday reservations require a $50 non-refundable deposit, the full payment is required 30 days before departure. Cancellations are required in writing. No refunds after 30 days unless property can be rented.
Full payment, nonrefundable is required at time of booking for all holidays. Prices and availability are subject to change.
